A chemistry student (Cheerleader Kait) is working on a new compound that can alter a microorganism’s DNA, enhancing their adaptation. When her partner (Ava Amira) arrives at the lab, she criticises Kait’s lack of safety measures, only to get shunned by Kait as she continues testing her new formula.

To their shock, the compound’s reaction with a microorganism accelerates, growing in size until every drop of the chemical has been absorbed. Kait and Ava witness the creation of a new species that has grown four inches in size. In an instant the organism attacks Kait, crawling into her mouth and invading her brain.

Ava tries to help Kait as she collapses to the ground in a series of convulsions, only to rise up possessing black lifeless eyes and bulging veins sprawling along her skin. Under the control of the organism, Kait pins Ava down and regurgitates her new master, allowing the organism to infect Ava’s mind and body.

With both students under its control, the organism uses its two human vessels to grow, commanding them to stimulate their bodies, sliding in and out of Ava and Kait’s internals during their sexual activity, incubating into a more powerful being.

Bound and cleave-gagged in their skimpy bikinis but with their legs free, Chanel Camryn and Cheerleader Kait were walked through a narrow hall by a tall man who welcomed them to the hideout, perhaps because they had seen too much. After they were placed on a couch with their ankles tied, Kait's cloth gag was replaced by duct-tape and the sandals removed from her bare feet; Chanel soon kicked off her own shoes and the nervous friends wriggled closer to each other as they searched for a way to disrupt the knots securing their wrists. Their rope-loosening campaign continued while energetic Chanel rolled backwards onto her side and Kait edged onto the floor but success eluded them; Chanel's maneuver to peel off Kait's tape-gag with her toes also failed.

Although ball-gagged Chanel and tape-gagged Kait remained on the couch, their lingerie had disappeared and ropes had given way to metallic restraint. Handcuffs pinned their arms behind their backs and long-chained cuffs connected their ankles to make movements more difficult for the struggling nudes but they continued to challenge the steel bonds until athletic Kait managed to bring the handcuffs under her legs to the front of her body. Before she could attempt to remove her gag, however, their vigilant host intervened to prevent any progress toward freedom, then moved them onto the floor, where Chanel and Kait sat next to each other. Movement had become even more difficult because their cuffed arms were entangled while each set of the long-chained cuffs connected one of Chanel's ankles to one of Kait's; the mean-spirited man mocked their predicament by taping the handcuff key to Kait's knee and encouraging them to use it -- if they could reach it.

Nudity ended and returned to ropework, the hapless pair stood side-by-side against a wall, Kait in a revealing short dress and Chanel in a modest long gown. Because their wrists remained bound after another finger-plucking effort, they turned to a gag-removing attempt that succeeded when Chanel leaned forward against Kait, who pulled out her cleave-gag. Calls for help followed but the only response came from their domineering host, who decreed a different use for Chanel's mouth. After the bound and gagged blonde was seated sideways on a chair, her legs over one of its arms, the gag-less brunette sat on the floor and wrapped her lips around Kait's toes, a foot-worshipping endeavor that brought some pleasure to her friend but less to Chanel.

Before Kait's bare feet would experience very different sensations because of Chanel, they wore a different pair of dresses while sitting next to each other on a bed in identical bondage, Kait cleave-gagged again and Chanel's eyes expressive above an over-mouth cloth gag. The barefoot girls were once again overmatched by their bonds, first stretching out their legs before turning on their hips to lean closer. Their mutual restraint ended abruptly when the familiar figure returned to free Chanel, who was then directed to tickle Kait's soft bare soles. They proved to be surprisingly sensitive, so Chanel's fingertips produced a hail of giggling as did her tickling of Kait's upper body when she straddled her girlfriend.

Bra-and-panty clad, Chanel and Kait were returned to a more restrictive position in which they sat on the floor, bound wrists around each other's waists attaching them back-to-back. As they strained against their arm-crossing connection, the blindfolded pair murmured anxiously behind the knotted black gags spreading their lips. After vigorous writhing relieved them of the blindfolds, one of the hideout's residents could tell that he'd been recognized by Kait and Chanel; before departing, he escalated their confinement with hogties that left them arching courageously on a nearby bed, eyes wide and bare soles flexing. Finally rescued by a potential renter of the house that had been quickly emptied of its shady residents, Chanel and Kait huddled together and expressed relief that their day in bondage was over.
